What if I need to cancel the inspection?If you need to cancel before the inspection day and we haven't traveled to the location, we offer a full refund minus a small credit card processing fee of 3%. For cancellations during the inspection due to major issues found early, we provide a prorated refund. This ensures you are not financially penalized for situations out of your control.
